First Service Insurance Agency was founded in stages: 1985, 1988, and 1995, depending on how you consider its beginnings, by Trent Hall, LUTCF. First Service currently serves clients and agents in Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, and Mississippi. We provide consulting services, insurance products, and underwriting expertise to a variety of people from all walks of life. We offer products that provide income security, cash growth and preservation, protection from catastrophic expenses, and peace of mind.
Mr. Hall, a native Memphian, attended college at Union University in Jackson, TN, and graduate school at Southwestern, Fort Worth, TX, and additional studies in various locations and settings.
Having entered the insurance profession in 1982, Mr. Hall holds the “Fellow” professional designation jointly conferred by the Life Underwriter Training Council of the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Falls Church, VA. Mr. Hall has addressed professional insurance groups in AR, MS, TN, & TX, and has taught accredited courses to other agents working toward their professional degrees, including service as an LUTC “moderator.” He also holds the “CAC” designation (Certified Annuity Consultant). His insurance training includes advanced programs in annuities and retirement planning, personal insurance planning, business insurance planning, health insurance, and in property, liability, and casualty insurance.
Mr. Hall was instrumental in re-starting the Mid South Chapter of the National Association of Health Underwriters a few years ago, and served on its Board of Directors for two terms as Public Relations Chair. Having first qualified for the Leading Producers Round Table in 1991, he wrote material for and taught in its Memphis area “Benefits Boot Camp” in 1999 and 2000.

Cordova—Memphis, TN. Involvement has or currently includes: vocal soloist; choir member & section leader, orchestra; drama presentations; graded choir director; Bible study teacher & director; ministry in prisons, truck stops, more.
Licensed 1971, Ordained 1975 to Gospel Ministry. Have spoken, taught seminars, given solo concerts, led area-wide & local church events for many types of groups in 23 States as well as overseas. Gives assistance to local churches without a Pastor or missing other staff minister (s). Reaches out to those in various prisons with training for a better life upon release. Continue to be involved with various related activities, and often brings presentations to civic and religious groups of many kinds. Previously served as a Church Growth Consultant certified by the Southern Baptist Convention, and served two elected terms as Music Director for the Fellowship of Tennessee Baptist Evangelists.
Life to Life is an equipping and training ministry to assist Christian laymen and pastors to establish and maintain encouraging relationships that reflect the love, care, purpose, and healthy well rounded focus of one who has received the love and life of Christ. Life to Life also trains and equips Christians to share their faith in clear, effective, and loving ways.
Mid-South Baptist Association (previously known as the Shelby Baptist Association). Served 2000-2005 as Director of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Council for this 143 —Church association of Southern Baptist Churches with over 100,000 members in the Greater Memphis, TN area. Currently serving as music director for the Pastor’s Conference. Previously served as Executive Board Member, Director of Interfaith Witness ministry, and as a member of the Christian Life Committee for the Association. |
